Oak City Intelligence — the workspace behind your AI staff

Oak City Intelligence builds AI software for small businesses in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is the workspace where our clients run it: every conversation their AI receptionist handled, every lead it captured, every appointment it booked, and every piece of content it drafted — in one place, per business, with a human in charge of what ships.

Conversations and contacts

Concierge, our 24/7 AI receptionist, answers texts and phone calls when the business can't. Here you read the full thread of anything it handled, see the leads it captured with the job the caller was asking about, and take over yourself when a conversation needs a person. It hands off with the whole history attached, so nobody re-asks the customer a question they already answered.

Calendar and bookings

Appointments the receptionist books land on a calendar in this workspace, alongside anything scheduled by hand. Business hours, services, and how the AI is allowed to book are configured per account.

Content

Our content tooling drafts short-form video for the business and walks it through a two-step human review before anything is published. The workspace writes a batch of hook ideas from the account's own brand profile — its services, offers, tone, and words to avoid — and the operator picks the ones worth making. Picked ideas are rendered into video, then land in a review lane where the operator watches the result, edits the caption, and either approves it, sends it back with a note, or rejects it outright. Nothing reaches a social account without a person approving that specific video.

Publishing

An approved video can be scheduled and published to the account's connected TikTok account. Connecting is per-account and consent-based through TikTok's own authorization flow, and it can be disconnected from this workspace at any time. Every generated video is declared as AI-generated content. At the approval step the operator makes an explicit privacy choice and sets the comment, duet, and stitch permissions for that post — nothing is pre-checked on the operator's behalf. Publishing failures surface loudly with the platform's own error text rather than failing quietly.

How accounts work

Each client business is a separate account with its own data, its own brand profile, and its own social connections. We don't train shared models on client data, and a business can export its data at any time. Signing in below requires an existing account — new businesses start with a free intro consultation at oakcityintelligence.com.
